Test of heat-shielding properties of a covering was carried out by the following technique on installation СИН-1 (the stand of impulsive heating). The prepared structure was put on steel 2 mm by samples a brush. In experiences put a coat layer in the thickness of 4 mm. Edges of samples protected by means of three cascades of tubular gas-discharge water cooled sources of radiation with the xenon filler of type of road accident 10/200. The distance to the examinee of the sample stole up thus that the total density of a thermal stream on its surface reached 200 kw/m. Temperature of a return surface of the sample was measured by means of the thermocouple.

Vibration strength estimated on time of occurrence of the first cracks for the samples placed on stand at frequencies from 10 to 4000 Hz and acceleration from 1,25 to 40 g.

Ecological cleanliness defined on total gas evolution of an oxide of carbon and organic substances in vacuum from an equal hinge plate of substance (0,5) at its heating to 500oC within 20 minutes.

Results of test are resulted in the table in comparison to a prototype composition. From the table increase of heat-shielding properties, vibration strength and ecological cleanliness is visible at transition from structure-prototype to declared structure. By results of tests (table) optimum boundary conditions of a parity of components are chosen. Besides substantial increase of the maintenance of a filler conducted to increase of viscosity of structure and impossibility to use a brush for its drawing, and decrease in the maintenance aeroforce led to running off of structure with a vertical wall.
